It’s a perfect pair with beef or lamb and works as a beautiful partner enhancing both the wine and food. It is the quintessential Argentinian red wine: bold, creamy, spicy with great herbal notes and a big dry finish. Like Mrs. Peron, this wine is very esteemed by its peers, even the crabby Robert Parker scored it high and gave it 90 points.
