This Privacy Policy describes how www.cdwineventures.com operated by C D Wine Ventures LLC dba C D Wine Ventures, a Washington limited liability company, (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of twenty-one (21). We also do not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion. If we become aware that Personal Information (or other information that is protected under applicable law) from a child under the age of thirteen (13) (or such other age as may be restricted under local law) has been collected, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

C D Wine Ventures is a U.S.-based company. We do not intentionally do business in, or target customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records for at least three (3) years after our last transaction with you (or longer as required by law) unless and until we delete it pursuant to your request. California Privacy Rights
