Summer in a glass! A great local Red Mountain winemaker has created a Semillon-based white wine that is sweet but not sugary with hints of banana and dried fruits like apricot. It’s almost a bit port-ish (yup I did it again) but not thick or overly heavy. It screams dessert or warm day patio sipper. It was made to pair with vanilla crème brulee or panna cotta, but also light enough to drink on its own.
