This Loire Valley French wine is unlike many Sauv Blanc’s that we have tried. Rather than tropical, grassy or lemony notes this French beauty has a slightly buttery mouthfeel with a touch of ripe fruit and a light honey suckle on the finish. In short, it’s really damn good and a bit different take for those that shy away from traditional Sauv Blancs. Great as a standalone drinking wine and will pair well with foods of various kinds! Enjoy.
