Tanjuli Estate Nebbiolo 2014
You may have noticed that we are highlighting Tanjuli this month! It’s because Tom Campbell’s wines are just that good, and this Nebbiolo is no exception. Nebbiolo is a varietal that we aren’t used to seeing, but we are glad to have found this rare type. It tastes of cherries and dries your mouth just a bit. It will go well with braised short ribs, and if you want to hold onto it for a while, it will get better with time. All hail the emperor of grapes!
